A spec sheet is one page. It lists what an agent reads, what it writes, which tools it may use and where it must stop.

01 — Plain language only

If the operations lead can’t read it in two minutes, it’s not finished. Jargon hides decisions.

02 — Limits are features

The most important line on the sheet is the limit: the amount, the confidence score or the customer type where the agent hands over.

03 — Signed, then built

Nothing is built until the sheet is signed. It becomes the test suite, the runbook and the audit trail.
