Survey — The problem

Every carrier email was a manual job.

380 exceptions a day — late pickups, short shipments, address errors — arrived by email and EDI. Four planners read each one, fixed the order in the ERP, and wrote to the customer.

The work was repetitive but high-stakes: a wrong fix meant a lost pallet. So nobody trusted automation to touch it.
